The apricot tree grows in the pure air of the Himalayas, at a height of over 3000 meters. The cultivation is not intensive, which results in an exclusive oil that is extremely rich in Omegas 6 and 9, as well as vitamin A and E. The oil has excellent moisturizing properties and maintains skin elasticity and clarity.
The cultivation and processing of the apricot kernels is done by female farmers in Nepal, who receive a fair price for their produce. Additionally, for every hand cream that is sold, CÎME makes a donation to the little doctors project of the Nepal Trust.
